These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gfrenterprises.com (the "Site"), operated by GFR Enterprises ("GFR Enterprises", "we", "us", or "our"), a custom sports gloves and motorsport gear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

GFR Enterprises is an OEM/ODM manufacturer of custom sports gloves, karting and sim-racing wear, and related apparel, operating since 2009. You can contact us at info@gfrenterprises.com or at FFJR+488, 2 KM Ugoki Rd, New Adalatgarh, Sialkot, Punjab 51310, Pakistan.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • introduce malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the proper operation of the Site;
  • scrape, harvest, or misuse content or contact details from the Site.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Enquiries and quotes

The Site allows you to submit enquiries and request quotes. Any quote, price indication, lead time, or specification we provide is:

  • an invitation to treat, not a binding offer;
  • based on the information you supply and subject to confirmation; and
  • subject to a separate written agreement (such as a proforma invoice or purchase order) before any order is accepted.

No contract for the manufacture or supply of goods is formed until we expressly confirm your order in writing. Product images, descriptions, material references, and minimum order quantities on the Site are provided as a general guide and may vary for custom production.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to GFR Enterprises and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Where you provide us with designs, artwork, logos, or specifications for a custom order, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use those materials, and you grant us the right to use them solely for the purpose of producing your order. You retain ownership of your own brand assets.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (for example, Google Analytics and Google Ads, as described in our Cookie Policy, and Resend for delivering form submissions). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFR Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
